• the availability, uptime, or error-free operation of the website or app;
• the outcome of any interaction or exchange between users.

Assumption of risk

By using Food Finder, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with sharing, accepting, transporting, preparing, storing, and consuming food obtained through the platform — including risk of foodborne illness, allergic reaction, injury, property damage, or harm caused by other users.

Sharer responsibilities

• Describe food honestly. Disclose all known allergens.
• Follow all applicable food, health, and cottage food laws in your jurisdiction.
• Do not share food you would not eat yourself.

Finder responsibilities

• Inspect food before accepting and consuming.
• Ask about ingredients, allergens, and preparation if you are unsure.
• Use common sense — when in doubt, throw it out.
• Do not consume food if you have any concern about safety.

Release

You release and forever discharge Food Finder LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from or related to your use of the platform or any food obtained through it.
